Invensys Eurotherm 3200 Series Controllers
These controllers provide precise temperature control of industrial processes with an emphasis on ease of use. A simple “Quick Start” code is used to configure all the functions essential for controlling your process, including input sensor type, measurement range, control options, and alarms.
3200 Series controllers are available in three standard DIN sizes:

Watlow EZ-Zone PM Series Controllers
The EZ-ZONE PM panel mount controller from Watlow offers control options to reduce system complexity and the cost of thermal loop ownership.
It is ideal as a PID controller and is available in 1/32″, 1/16″, 1/8″ and 1/4″ DIN panel mount packages.
Many communication options are offered to support connectivity needs. Watlow’s new EZ-LINK app allows users to easily set up, monitor and adjust Watlow EZ-ZONE PM controllers via Bluetooth®. The app is available free-of-charge from the app store for phones and tablets, and provides access to the controller’s parameters with fully spelled-out names in plain text and help topics that explain each parameter and option.

Invensys Eurotherm 3500 Series Dual Loop Controllers
Two independent PID loops make the 3500 ideal for interactive processes in carburising furnaces, environmental chambers and autoclaves.
The loops may also be “soft” wired together in creative ways to create cascade, ratio, or other intelligent control strategies.
A range of plug-in I/O modules cater to individual application requirements. A total of 16 module types, including relay, logic, triac and analog, are available to fit into either three slots on the 3508 model or six slots on the 3504 model.

The 2604 controller is a highly accurate, high-stability process controller available in a single, dual or triple loop format.
Features include setpoint programming and comprehensive selection of math and logic functions.
It has a dual 5-digit display of process value and setpoint with an LCD panel for display of alarm messages, programmer and loop status information. User-defined messages in the LCD panel simplify operation.
The 2604 controller is a highly configurable product offering many features previously found only in programmable logic controllers. This allows systems to be implemented that integrate the process control and logic functions of a machine. Configuration is achievable either via the front panel or using Eurotherm’s iTools configuration software.

Watlow EZ-Zone RM Controllers
The EZ-ZONE RM family of rail-mounted, multi-loop controllers simplifies thermal system management.
These controllers are comprised of six module types: an integrated on-off or PID control, monitoring and over/under temperature limit module; a high-density on-off or PID control module; a high-density limit only module; an input/output (I/O) expansion module; a high-density monitor/scanner module; and a data logging and field communications access module. A system is configured by connecting any combination of module types to address specific application needs.
The EZ-ZONE RM is extremely flexible and scalable, allowing mixing and matching of I/O to configure 1 to 152 control loops and up to 256 monitor points.

Invensys Eurotherm 2408i Series Controllers
The 2408i universal process indicator and alarm unit provides accurate and stable measurement of temperature, pressure, flow, level, and other process variables. An optional second process value input provides the display of derived parameters, such as average, difference, and the maximum or minimum of two values.
