Hi-Heat Industries Etched Foil Silicone Rubber Heaters
The etched element provides superior heat transfer and exceptionally uniform heat output, which results in a faster warm-up cycle and longer life. The heaters operate in ambient temperatures from -80°F to 500°F.

Hi-Heat Industries uses custom software to calculate the configuration of the heating element, given the voltage, wattage and resistance. Nickel alloy foil is acid-etched in the resulting pattern. The foil is then vulcanized to the silicone rubber sheath material. The result is a tough, versatile heater that is difficult to rip, stretch or separate, and is resistant to ozone, moisture, many common chemicals, vibration and shock.
These heaters even remain flexible at temperatures as low as -70°F!
