Leister Hot Air Heaters

Hot air can be used successfully in a wide variety of processes and techniques. With over 30 different hot air tools and hot air blowers, along with a wide variety of blowers, temperature and airflow control systems, and hot air manifolds and nozzles, we can develop a hot air process heating system for your application.

By the use of various nozzles and reflectors, the hot air can be concentrated, spread or even sharply reduced without any significant loss of temperature. The temperature of the hot air can, depending on the model, be precisely controlled from ambient temperature to a maximum of 900°C by means of built-in or external electronic temperature controls.

For special applications, additional adjusting control devices are available such as external heating power controls, remote measurement of the hot air stream temperature with K type thermocouples, and measuring the surface temperatures with IR sensors.

Antech offers special stainless nozzles, air manifolds, shrink tunnels, reflectors and other accessories from the full Leister range. Improperly constructed nozzles can affect the hot air stream and therefore the efficiency of the tool. All tools, depending on the model, are equipped for use with 120V / 200-230V / 380-400V / 440-480V (50/60Hz) and carry international approval marks. Leister Hotwind Series

Weighing just 7 pounds with its detachable handle, the Hotwind can be used both as an integrated or benchtop device. With a maximum temperature of 1472°F, the Hotwind can be used in a variety of applications and has a long service life. The maximum air volume can be set up to 900 l/min via the potentiometer. May be used with integrated control or as a unit for integration in a closed loop control circuit using a system interface. Hot air nozzle attachments are available for this unit.

Leister LHS-15 Hot Air Heater

Leister LHS-15 Series

Provides hot air up to 1202°F. The perfect tool for applications in semiconductor, electronics, automotive and other industries. Operates from .55 to .8kW. Available in single-phase voltages of either 120 or 230V. Three different design lines: Classic, Premium and System. Comes with an internal electronic overheating detection system. The LHS Premium and System heaters include built-in power and temperature controllers, as well as built-in temperature adjustability via an integrated potentiometer. Digital display. Built-in remote control interface. Requires an external air source to complete the system. Hot air nozzle attachments are available for this unit.

Leister LHS-21 Series

Only 2.64″ wide. Sterilization, drying, welding, cleaning, shrinking, shaping, deburring and activation are now more efficient and reliable thanks to Leister’s proven hot air technology. Operates from 1 to 3.3kW. Available in single-phase voltages of either 120 or 230 V. Three different design lines: Classic, Premium and System. Comes with an internal electronic overheating detection system. The Leister LHS L in the series stands for high power with a correspondingly longer heating element compared to the S version. The LHS Premium and System heaters include built-in power and temperature controllers, as well as built-in temperature adjustability via an integrated potentiometer. Digital display. The Leister LHS L in the series stands for high power with a correspondingly longer heating element compared to the S version. The LHS Premium and System heaters include built-in power and temperature controllers, as well as built-in temperature adjustability via an integrated potentiometer. The LHS System heater features a digital display and a built-in remote control interface. The LHS 61 heaters require an external air source to complete the system. Leister LHS-61 Hot Air Heater

Leister LHS-91 Hot Air Heater

Leister LHS-91 Series

With power up to 32kW, this is the tool for even the most demanding of heating applications. Capable of replacing many gas-fired heaters. Available in three-phase 230V, 400V, and 480V, up to 32kW. Two different designs: System and Basic. The LHS 91 System has a built-in overheating protection system with alarm output. A thermocouple can be placed in the hot air stream to provide feedback to the PLC or temperature controller. The Leister LHS 91 Basic hot air tool is supplied without any electronics or heating element protection; however, Antech Sales offers external SCR power controllers, solid state contactors, and a full line of 1/16 DIN digital process controllers. The Leister LHS 91 hot air tool requires an air source to complete the system. Hot air nozzle attachments are available.
